Losing Weight with Creative Bioscience 1234 Diet – 4 Week Results!

My 4 week challenge has concluded and I can’t wait to share with you my results from the Creative Bioscience 1234 Diet plan! If you are just joining my journey, you can read more details and about my first two weeks on the plan HERE.

Creative Bioscience is a company that provides great weight loss products to it’s customers. For our 4 week review, I was given the 1234 Diet Drops, the 1234 Rapid Colon Cleanse, and  the 1234 Energy Appetite Control.

Now as mentioned in our previous mid-way post, this regimen consists of 3 different tools to help guide you in weight loss. First is the diet drops which you need to take before every meal. Next, you have the Rapid Colon Cleanse that you take once a day along with the Energy Appetite Control taken once a day.

For this diet to accurately work, you also need to follow a diet regimen which for me was pretty easy since I have been trying to stick to a diet similar than this anyways. Of course, if you are going from fast food everyday to this diet, you will have a much harder time doing this. If you do have a hard time, don’t give up! Remember, committing to a diet or to losing weight is a big deal. It is hard for awhile and you may not like it. However, when you see the results you will be so glad you did! It’s tough but so worth it!

The diet regimen for the 1200 calorie plan I did is as follows –

200 calorie breakfast

400 calorie lunch

400 calorie dinner

2- 100 calorie snacks

Of course, these foods all need to be from the list they provide of approved foods, which when viewing seems like it would be tough to follow,  but it really wasn’t. I also had fun figuring out new recipes and trying out foods I didn’t eat before!

Now for the results!

After 2 weeks, I went from 140lb to 134lbs, 6lbs loss.

After 4 weeks, I went from 134lbs to 129lbs, another 5lbs loss.

So in total I loss 11lbs, going from 140lb to 129lbs! For me this is an incredible loss of weight. I am 5′ 7″ so trying to lose weight when I am already considered an healthy weight is really hard. They always say, “The last 10lbs is the hardest!” and they are right! However, with Creative Bioscience I was able to do so in a reasonable amount of time. As you can see from the pictures above, it’s not a huge noticible difference, but it is to me. My love handles are smaller, my tummy is flatter,  my waist is smaller, I lost about 1.5 inches around my arms and even lost some back flab! I after heading to the Victoria’s Secret Semi-Annual sale, I stayed my cup size, but went down in strap size from 36B- 34B! Also you can’t really tell in the picture, but my thighs have lost 2 inches as well 🙂

  • You look great. You didn’t, in my opinion, need to lose weight. But, if you feel better, that’s what’s important.

    • Awe, thank you so much Lisa! I really appreciate that! I think being a smaller weight all my life and then over the past 2 years gaining weight really opened my eyes. I used to be 115lb all through highschool up until 21yrs old.. then over the past 2 years I gained weight all the way up to 152lbs at my highest… so it was a bit drastic for me and when New Year’s came around it opened my eyes that I needed to lose some weight to feel better about myself…. so I started slowly dropping here and there down to 140 before this diet and now I am down to 129lb.. I feel a lot better, even if I never get back to what I used to be, losing this weight really helped me feel more confident!
